With ski season just around the corner, ticketholders nationwide are eagerly hoping that, in the year-end drawing, they will be the lucky winner of a 4 bedroom ski chalet just minutes from the world famous slopes of Vail ski mountain. The Vail Academy, a local nonprofit school, started the vacation home raffle in May as a unique way to raise funds during tough economic times. And, the home is not the only prize offered. In addition, the Grand Prize winner will receive $450,000. To date, raffle organizers have given away over $50,000 in "Early Bird" and other cash prizes to spur ticket sales and have implemented a unique "refer-a-friend" marketing strategy that awards up to $25,000 cash to the individual who refers the grand prize winner.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive a 4 bedroom Vail vacation home valued at $1.3 million plus $450,000 Cash. Two remaining $5000 Early Bird Drawings November 4th and December 4th. $25,000 referral reward prize to whoever refers the grand prize winner (see referral rewards on website). $12,500 Refer-a-Friend drawing.
